Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Part-Time – Barry Primary School
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming Primary School in Barry from September 2025.
📅 Working Hours: 3 days per week
📍 Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan
📚 Key Stage: Supporting a Key Stage 2 classroom as a general LSA
Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to the class teacher
*
Assist with the learning and development of pupils
*
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Essential Requirements:
*
Level 3 Teaching and Learning qualification
*
Proven experience working in a Primary School setting
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Passionate about supporting children’s education and wellbeing
