Graduate Teaching Assistant – Hounslow – West London
Start Date: 1st September 2025 | £90–£95 per day | One-year position
An Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow, West London, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from 1st September 2025.

About the Role:
* Full-time, term-time only position from September 2025 – July 2026
* Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stages 3–5)
* Working 1:1 and with small groups of students, including those with additional needs
* Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student progress tracking
* Providing pastoral support and building positive relationships with pupils
The Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant Will:
* Hold a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree (any subject considered)
* Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
* Be proactive, resilient, and eager to learn
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Be considering a future career in teaching (teacher training opportunities may follow)
