The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Work closely with class teachers to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or 2
*
Help deliver engaging activities and interventions tailored to individual needs
*
Support pupils with additional learning needs, including literacy and numeracy
*
Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
*
Be a positive role model and contribute to a warm, safe classroom environment
Requirements:
*
Experience working with children (school, tutoring, childcare, or similar settings)
*
Confident supporting literacy and numeracy activities
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
A proactive and caring attitude
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
