Key Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant:

Collaborate with class teachers to assist with lesson delivery in the SEN Unit

Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to students
*
Support pupils with their academic and personal development, both in and out of the classroom
The Ideal Learning Support Assistant Will:

Have strong communication skills and a patient, clear approach to supporting learning
*
Show empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to support young people
*
Be flexible, proactive, and capable of adapting to the individual needs of students
*
Ideally have some previous experience in a school or care setting (though not essential)

Competitive daily rate: £83.50 – £100
