Salary: £90 – £105 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in young people’s lives? Our welcoming secondary school, located in the heart of Romford, is currently seeking dedicated SEN Classroom Assistants to join our supportive team.
As a SEN Classroom Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, and behavioural challenges. Your role will involve providing one-to-one and group support within the classroom and in our dedicated resourced provision.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with SEN in lessons and in small group settings

Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN team

Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual learning needs

Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
