Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs as a Learning Support Assistant

Supporting with personal care routines where required (toileting, feeding, hygiene)

Building trusting relationships that support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
*

Contributing to pupil progress and well-being through consistent and compassionate support

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have at least 3 months’ experience in an SEN school or similar setting
*

Are open and confident supporting pupils with personal care needs
*

Are patient, calm, and dedicated to inclusive education
*

Are based in or can commute reliably to East Birmingham
*

Are available for part-time or full-time work
