Academics Ltd in Canterbury are proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in Thanet who are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Biology and Health Studies for a fixed term contract starting in September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic school environment, contributing to the delivery of engaging and inspiring lessons in science and health education.

The Role:

* Delivering high-quality lessons in Biology and Health Studies to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Planning, preparing, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Supporting student progress and promoting a passion for science and health-related subjects.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching Biology and/or Health Studies at secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a creative approach to teaching.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to student achievement and school values.
