Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 academic support, especially in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
*

Adapt strategies to meet the child’s needs around autism and hearing impairment
*

Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement and track EHCP targets
*

Promote confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
*

Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

*

Previous experience supporting children with autism and/or hearing impairments
*

Strong understanding of phonics teaching and early academic development
*

Minimum 3 months of experience in a UK primary school SEN role
*

Patient, positive, and committed to helping children succeed
*

Based in or able to commute to Solihull
*

Available full-time from September
