Your Mission:
As a SEND Specialist, you’ll:
🔸 Design creative, adaptive lessons tailored to individual needs.
🔸 Deliver compassionate 1:1 or small-group support to unlock potential.
🔸 Boost confidence and independence, helping pupils flourish beyond the classroom.
🔸 Craft a safe, stimulating space where every child feels valued.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with 2+ years’ experience in SEND settings.
✔ Experience with SEMH, MLD, or SLD—passion for inclusive education is key!
✔ Enhanced DBS check (or readiness to apply) and strong safeguarding knowledge.
✔ Two professional references and right to work in the UK.
