What You'll Be Doing:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing the youngest learners. Your day-to-day could include:
* Supporting early development in reading, writing, speech, and social interaction
* Engaging children in creative play and hands-on learning activities
* Helping create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Encouraging those special "lightbulb moments" that make early years education so magical
* Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and carers to support each child’s growth
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience working within an EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) setting
* A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (preferred, not essential)
* A good grasp of the EYFS framework and developmental milestones
* A nurturing, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* An existing DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Flexibility to work across different school settings when needed
