Position: Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4)

Academics is currently recruiting motivated Science Teachers for a variety of supply roles across Secondary Schools and Academies in the York area. This is an exciting chance to bring your subject expertise to the classroom and inspire the next generation of scientists.
Requirements:
* A recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent in Science)
* Experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable)
* A strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Science
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment
* Strong communication skills and a passion for making Science accessible and enjoyable
* Prior experience teaching in UK secondary schools
