Position: Learning Mentor / Behaviour Mentor

Location: Bedford

Start Date: September

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Salary: £460–£500 per week

As a Learning Mentor / Behaviour Mentor, You Will:

* Support students 1:1 and in small groups with emotional and behavioural needs
* Help develop positive behaviour strategies and classroom engagement
* Build trust and rapport to boost student motivation and wellbeing
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to implement personalised support plans
* Be part of a nurturing team focused on inclusive outcomes

We're Looking For Someone Who:

* Holds a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
* Is passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people
* Understands the link between behaviour and emotional needs
* Wants to progress into careers in mental health, therapy, education, or social care
* Has some experience working with children or adolescents (formal or informal)
