Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with the school’s behaviour policy
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, giving regular feedback to pupils and parents
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – PGCE or Bachelor of Education
* Have experience teaching in primary (ideally Year 3), though ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
* Use creativity and initiative to support pupils’ academic and personal development
* Work well independently and as part of a supportive team
